  • Collected as 10 monthly payments beginning in August and ending in May.

  • Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

  • Tuition payment books and envelopes will be provided.  Envelopes can be mailed, placed in the collection basket at Mass or sent in the Wednesday envelope (checks only, with the payment stub, please).

  • $10 late fee will be assessed on payments not received by the 15th of each month.

  • A Non-Sufficient Funds fee of $30 will be assessed on all returned checks.


The cost to educate a child at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament School is $6,000 per year.


Other Required Fees: A one-time Non-Refundable Registration fee for new students only ($50.00/Student). For Supply Fees, please see "Supply Fees for the 2017-2018 Academic Year" page.


Tuition Assistance:

Families new to BISON

  • Parents should visit the BISON website at www.bisonfund.com to complete a scholarship pre-application for the 2017-2018 school year. The pre-application form is only for families NEW to BISON All pre-applications will be entered into a lottery drawing in early MARCH. If families are selected in the lottery, they will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the application.BISON will notify families that are not selected and place them on a waiting list.

Current BISON families

  • Families  will receive an email with a  link to complete the requalification process in February 2017. Our first deadline is February 28,2017.

Parish Assistance

  • Financial assistance is available to families demonstrating need. Assistance is determined by the Tuition Committee, based on availability of funds. Parish assistance forms are available from the Principal. To qualify for Parish Assistance, you must first apply or reapply for the BISON Fund and submit a copy of your BISON application to the School Office.

  • Non-parishioners may apply for parish assistance once your BISON is submitted. If you are not a member of St. Martha, you must apply for the Catholic Tuition Grant Program and submit a signed copy of your CTGP application.

  • Tuition Assistance: Forms are available from the Principal.

  • If your CTGP form is not signed by your home parish and submitted to OLBS, you will be charged the non-parishioner tuition rate.

  • Parish assistance is available to families demonstrating need. Minimum parental tuition responsibility is $500.

Volunteer:

  • The sharing of your time, talents and treasures promotes unity in our school community. The money raised in fundraising helps to keep the tuition rates and parish subsidy at the recommended Diocesan rate.
