Seventh grade curriculum similarly focuses on the same topics as sixth grade, but goes into greater detail and application. The topics remain to be Ratios and Proportional Relationships, the Number System, and Equations and Expressions. Additional topics include Statistics and Probability and Geometry. An accelerated track is also available for seventh graders to prepare them to take Regents Algebra in eighth grade. These students will learn some topics from the eighth grade curriculum in addition to their seventh grade coursework.
